The BlaQue Agency Inc. - Advancing Equity for Black and Queer Communities
"Equity isn't a request, it's a right."
About Us: Our Mission, Vision and Pillars
Our Mission
The BlaQue Agency Inc. aims to build liberatory systems for Black and Queer people by addressing housing instability, expanding access to mental health care, and amplifying our voices in policy and governance
Our Vision
We envision a society where Black LGBTQ+ individuals live with dignity, stability, and power—free from housing injustice, mental health disparities, and political invisibility.
Our Pillars
  • Housing – We aim to provide emergency support, housing navigation, and partnerships with affirming landlords to ensure Black and Queer people have safe, stable housing. Long-term, we’re building community-led housing solutions that move people from crisis to security.
  • Mental Health & Wellness – We expand access to therapy, peer support, and healing spaces that honor Black and Queer experiences. By breaking down barriers and training providers in cultural competency, we center resilience, joy, and holistic care.
  • Policy & Advocacy –We mobilize our community to shape policies that impact our lives—from housing to healthcare to equity protections. Through leadership training, town halls, and coalition work, we amplify Black LGBTQ+ voices and drive systemic change.

BlaQue Voices Rising : A Community Town Hall for Vision, Healing and Power
This event is all about creating space for truth, healing, and collective action. It’s a chance for Black, queer, and trans folks to speak openly about how they’re being cared for—or not—by the people and systems meant to support them.
We’re inviting community leaders and service providers to show up, listen deeply, and reflect on how they can show up better. This town hall isn’t just a meeting, it’s a commitment to centering the voices that are too often overlooked. We want our people to feel safe, seen, and truly heard. This is where that work begins.
